KB's artichoke dip

  • 2 cans of artichoke hearts
  • 1 packet of Italian dressing seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp of mayo
  • shredded Romano cheese. I like to get a wedge & shred it.
  1. Drain your artichoke hearts & put them into a casserole 9" casserole dish. Add in the mayo, and it Italian dressing seasoning packet & mix together. Then shred the Romano cheese over the top and bake for 10-12 minutes at 375. Then you can have it with fresh baguette if you like, Triscuits or any other cracker you might like.
