  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds langoustines
  • 1 large onion, finely diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ½ bunch finely chopped parsley
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 package orzo

RECIPE BACKSTORY
Step 1 :In large saucepan or dutch oven, saute onions and garlic in olive oil until softened. Step 2 :Add langoustines and continue cooking for five minutes Step 3 :Deglaze with white wine, add tomato sauce, parsley, salt & pepper and stir well Step 4 :Cover langoustines with water, bring to a boil and cook until sauce has thickened slightly. Step 5 :Add orzo and cook until done. Step 6 :ENJOY!
