Kathy's Salmon Log

INGREDIENTS
- 1 16 ounce canned salmon
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons dehydrated onions
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
- chopped pecans and parsley
DIRECTIONS
- Drain and flake salmon, add other ingredients. Chill 3 hours. Roll into a 8 x 2" log then roll in chopped pecans with parsley. Chill well. Serve with crackers.
