- 2 Large, diced tomatoes
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Set aside to cool. Transfer to a blender and puree until smooth.
