  • 2 Large, diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Set aside to cool. Transfer to a blender and puree until smooth.
