Keto 5 minute No Bake Cookies!!
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 2 min
  • Servings: 3
  • Preparation Time: 3 min
  • 2 tablespoons real butter
  • 3/4 cup all natural peanut butter (or your choice of nut butter)
  • 1 cup unsweetened all natural shredded coconut
  • 4 drops of vanilla stevia (or sweetener of your choice)
  • Note* if using a granulated sweetener add it to the butter when heating on stove top to melt.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Melt butter and mix peanut butter and coconut flakes and place tablespoons full of melted ingredients on parchment paper until you run out and put in freezer for 5 min.
