Keto Curry Sausages

  • 8 Beef Sausages
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 White Onion Thinly Sliced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves Crushed
  • 2 Tablespoons Curry Powder
  • 1 Cup Beef Stock
  • 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • 1/4 Cup Cream
  1. In a large saucepan, heat 1 Tablespoon Coconut oil over medium-high heat. Add the Sausages and poke them with a fork to avoid the sausages splitting. Cook for approximately 10 to 15 minutes turning regularly. Once the Sausages are just cooked through, set aside to cool
  2. In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil and, Crushed Garlic and Onions. Fry until until translucent and fragrant. Add the Curry Powder and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the Beef Stock and Tomato Paste stir to combine.
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the sauces thickens.
  4. Slice each Sausage into 4 equal pieces, return to the pan, stir through the Cream and allow to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
