- 100g Chorizo
DIRECTIONS
- Start by making the Konjac Fettuccine as per the packet instructions and set aside covered to keep warm
- In a medium frying pan, melt the Butter over medium high heat. Add the Chorizo and fry until lightly seared, add the Garlic and fry until golden brown
- Add the Kale and stir through until slightly wilted and vibrant green. Finally add the Konjac Fetttuccine to the Chorizo and toss through until the Fettuccine is coated.
- Serve immediately
