  • 100g Chorizo
DIRECTIONS
  1. Start by making the Konjac Fettuccine as per the packet instructions and set aside covered to keep warm
  2. In a medium frying pan, melt the Butter over medium high heat. Add the Chorizo and fry until lightly seared, add the Garlic and fry until golden brown
  3. Add the Kale and stir through until slightly wilted and vibrant green. Finally add the Konjac Fetttuccine to the Chorizo and toss through until the Fettuccine is coated.
  4. Serve immediately
