Keto Salami Rollups

  • 12 Slices Hungarian Salami
  • 200g Cream Cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon Chipolte Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 Shallot Sliced Finely
  1. Allow your Cream Cheese to rest on the bench for 2 hours prior to making. Lay out the Salami slices on some baking paper.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine your Cream Cheese, Chipolte, Paprika and Garlic salt, mash with a fork until combined. Add the Shallots, and again using the fork mash to combine.
  3. Spoon 1 Teaspoon of the mixture onto each of the flat Salami slices. Using your fingers create a log like shape with the Cream Cheese filling. Roll up and secure with a toothpick
  4. Serve immediately, or cover and serve later that evening with friends!
