Kettle Korn

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 Tbls. Shortening
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ c. sugar
  • ½ cup popcorn kernels
DIRECTIONS
  1. Melt shortening and vanilla with salt in a 5 quart saucepan; add popcorn.
  2. Heat for 30 seconds, sprinkle in sugar.
  3. Pop corn over medium high heat, shaking constantly.
  4. Remove from heat when popping stops and serve hot.
