Key Lime Pie

  • 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Melted Butter
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz)
  • 1/2 cup Nellie and Joe's Key Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Nellie and Joe's Key Lime Juice
  • 3 each egg yolk, beaten
DIRECTIONS
  1. Pre-heat oven to 325 deg. (metal pie pan, 300 deg for glass)
  2. Mix Graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter.
  3. Press into 8 or 9" pie pan, set aside.
  4. In separate bowl, Beat egg yolks
  5. Add milk, all N&J's Key Lime Juice to beaten egg yolks
  6. Stir gently with whisk
  7. Poor into crust
  8. Bake on middle rack for 15-17 minutes
  9. Let cool, then refrigerate.
  10. Consume with home made whipped cream!!
