Key Lime Pie

INGREDIENTS
- Crust:
- 1 Cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 Cup crushed ginger snap cookies (about 6 cookies)
- 3 TB sugar
- 1/3 Cup melted butter
- Filling:
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1/2 TB lime zest
DIRECTIONS
- Crust:
- Combine all the ingredients and pressinto a 9" pie pan.
- Filling:
- Pre-heat oven to 350
- Mix together all the ingredients until smooth and pour into prepared pie shell.
- Bake for 15 min.
- Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate until chilled through.
- Serve with freshly whipped cream
