Kheer
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 liter full cream buffalo milk
  • 2 cups kheer rice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • handful of almonds
  • pinch of saffron threads
DIRECTIONS
  1. Boil milk till it thickens and light golden in color
  2. Add kheer rice in milk, add sugar, and stir.
  3. Stir the mixture and add salt as per taste.
  4. When the rice is about to cook add crushed almond and saffron.
  5. Kept it to cool until ready to serve.
