Kick Butt Bean Dip
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 20
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cans refried beans
  • 1/2 can chopped mild chiles or 1/2 can chopped chipolte or jalepenos (you can use anything any amount to your taste and heat.
  • 2 cups pepper jack cheese
  • taco sauce or salsa
DIRECTIONS
  1. In 13 x 9 pan mix beans and chiles, spread evenly.
  2. Brown meat, onions, drain fat.
  3. Season with salt/pepper/tabasco sauce.
  4. Sprinkle over beans/chile mixture.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over top, drizzle with taco sauce/salsa.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve with chips, sour cream, guacamole.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
This is FANTASTIC for parties. Our family however has used this as a meal too! Keep in mind, you can increase decrease all amounts depending on your preferences. However I do suggest only using pepper jack cheeze. It definitely makes the dip! :-)
