Kicking Steak Sauce

  • Steak drippings
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 inch squeeze of anchoy paste
  • 1 tablespoons white cooking sherry
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS
  1. When steak has been cooked and removed to a plate, add ketchup and sherry to drippings in small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Then add Worcestershire sauce, stir well, and heat for 1 more minute.
  3. Pour over steak.
