Kona Banana coffee Bread
  • 1/2 cup butter flavor shortening
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 banana's mashed
  • 1 1/4 tsp bakeing soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  1. In a separate bowl add the dry ingredients together.
  2. then in another bowl cream the shortening and sugar together untill fluffy.add the eggs 1 at a time beating well after each.stir in the bananas and mix well.add the flour mixture to the banana mixture.untill all is well blended
  3. pour into greased bread pan.
  4. bake for at least 1 hour but check bread to see if still soft in center.continue bakeing if needed.
