Korean BBQ Marinade
  • Preparation Time: 5
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp dark sesame oil
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Do not make ahead of time.
  3. Add to meat right before grilling.
From Cooking Light May 2007. Korean Barbecue Wet Rub I have made this several times now and it has been a hit. It was particularly good on salmon, just as easy as buying a pre-made marinade in the grocery store but far more delicious.
