Kris's cheessy potatoes

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 lbs. potatoes peeled and boiled
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
  • 2 diced green onions
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 -1/2 c. bread crumbs
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix sour cream, soup, 1 cup of cheese, onions , salt & pepper in a large bowl. Then gently fold in potatoes.
  2. Pour into a 13x9x2 baking pan that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese and bread crumbs.
  4. Bake in preheated 350 oven for about 30 minutes or til hot and bubbly.
