LOW CARB CHICKEN SALAD

- 2-3 large chicken breasts, bone in or boneless, doesn't matter
- 1/4 head of lettuce
- 1 C Mayonnaise
- salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
- 1.Boil chicken breast till very tender
- 2. Once chicken has cooled, then shred
- 3.Chop lettuce into small pieces
- 4.Combine and mix with hands
- 5.Add Mayo and salt
- Serve with crackers or pita chips
