LOW CARB CHICKEN SALAD

  • 2-3 large chicken breasts, bone in or boneless, doesn't matter
  • 1/4 head of lettuce
  • 1 C Mayonnaise
  • salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1.Boil chicken breast till very tender
  2. 2. Once chicken has cooled, then shred
  3. 3.Chop lettuce into small pieces
  4. 4.Combine and mix with hands
  5. 5.Add Mayo and salt
  6. Serve with crackers or pita chips
