Lair Family energy Bites
  • Servings: 30 balls
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (I use the entire small jar from AH)
  • 1/3 cup honey (approx, use as much as you need to bind it together)
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips(if I don't have mini chips, I use half of a nice chocolate bar from Organic store)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  1. Mix everything together in a bowl, chill for about an hour and roll into balls.
  2. You can store them in a tupperware container for a week in the refrigerator.
  3. Great for a quick snack on the run, or for kids after sports, etc.
