Laney's Lemony Hummus
INGREDIENTS

- 1 can or 1.5 cups cooked chickpeas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp water
- juice of 1 lemon (add a lil zest for some zing)
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 1/8 tsp sea salt (I love this kind, affordable and nutritious!)
- sprinkle of black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Food process all ingredients except olive oil, and slowly drizzle oil into hummus at end until smooth and creamy! Enjoy on sandwiches, wraps, or with veggies
