Lasagna Dip

  • 1 1/2 cups italian sausage, cooked
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz ricotta
  • 3 cups mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, shredded
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
  • 1 baguette
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2.) In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked italian sausage, cream cheese, ricotta, 1 1/2 cup mozzarella, parmesan, marinara sauce, italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. 3.) Transfer mixture to a pie dish or medium-sized skillet. Spread evenly before sprinkling on the remaining mozzarella. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes and then broil and additional 2-3 minutes or until the cheese begins to brown.
  4. 4.) Serve immediately with sliced baguette.
