Lasagna Dip

- 1 1/2 cups italian sausage, cooked
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz ricotta
- 3 cups mozzarella, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan, shredded
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
- 1 baguette
DIRECTIONS
- 1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2.) In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked italian sausage, cream cheese, ricotta, 1 1/2 cup mozzarella, parmesan, marinara sauce, italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- 3.) Transfer mixture to a pie dish or medium-sized skillet. Spread evenly before sprinkling on the remaining mozzarella. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes and then broil and additional 2-3 minutes or until the cheese begins to brown.
- 4.) Serve immediately with sliced baguette.
