Laurianne's Banana Bread
  • 1 stick of unsalted butter
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c all purpose flour
  • 4 mashed bananas
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 - 1 c chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  1. Preheat your oven to 350*
  2. Grease a loaf pan 9x5x3” pan
  3. In a mixing bowl, cream your butter and sugar until light and fluffy then add eggs and mix well.
  4. Stir the dry ingredients together thoroughly then combine with the butter mixture. Blend well. Add the bananas, sour cream and vanilla extract mix well. Lastly mix in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour into the loaf pan and bake 50-60 minutes uncovered. Let stand to cool before popping the bread out of the pan.
