Lavone's Pumpkin Ice Cream Desert
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumb
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 T. Brown sugar
  • 1/2 gallon ice cream
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2teaspoon salt
  • 2 t. Pumpkin pie spice
  1. Mix crumbs,butter and brown sugar, reserve 1/2 cup crumb mixture. Press remaining crumbs in 9 x 13 pan. Combine remaining ingredients, and pour over crumbs. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Place in freezer. Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving.
