INGREDIENTS
  • Ingredients:
  • • 8 oz reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • • 1 T lemon juice
  • • ½ t Greek seasoning
  • • 10 oz hummus
  • • ¾ C diced cucumber
  • • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • • 1/3 C feta cheese
  • • Veggies, for serving
DIRECTIONS

  2. Add cream cheese, garlic, lemon juice, and Greek seasoning to a bowl and mix with an electric mixer until smooth. Spread mixture into a shallow serving dish. Spread hummus on top of cream cheese mixture.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
Top with cucumber, tomato, olives and feta cheese. Serve with veggies.
