Layered Pistachio Dessert

- 1 1/4 cups Bisquick® baking mix
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup nuts, finely chopped
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipping cream, chilled
- 2 3 3/4 ounce pistachio pudding and pie filling
- 2 1/2 cold milk
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Heat ovoen to 375 degrees. Mix baking mix, brown sugar and butter until crumbly. Stir in nuts. Press in ungreased 13x9x2" baking dish. Bake until light brown, about 10 minutes; cool. Beat 1 cup powdered sugar and the cream cheese until smooth. Beat whipping cream in chilled bowl until stiff. Fold 1 cup of the whipped cream into cream cheese mixture; spread over baked layer. Mix pudding and milk with hand beater until thick, about 2 minutes; carefully pour over cream cheese mixture. Cover and refrigerate until firm.
