Lebanese meat pie (sfeeha)

- 1 tbs dried yeast
- 1 1/2 cup of warm water
- 1 tbs of sugar
- 1 tbs of salt
- 1 cup of oil
- 700 g all purpose flour
- 1 egg and 1 tbsp of water to brush

- 1 pound ground meat
- 1 onion diced
- 2 tomatoes seeded and diced

- 1 lemon juice

DIRECTIONS
- Season the meat and let it strain the liquids. Meanwhile...
- Dissolve yeast with sugar, oil and warm water.
- Add salt and flour a little bit at a time. mixing well until dough is smooth. In a floured surface divide the dough in 50 small balls. Let it rest and rise for 15 minutes.
- Open the balls and fill with 1 tablespoon of meat. Close it in shape of a triangle and place them in a greased pan.
- Brush the pies with egg wash and bake in a preheated oven at 400 F for 20 minutes or until golden.
