Lemon Cheesecake Dessert
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 8oz Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese
  • 2 cups 1% Milk
  • 2 small boxes Jello sugar free Lemon Pudding
  • 1 8oz Cool Whip Free
  • 4 Murrays sugar free shortbread cookies
DIRECTIONS
  1. Soften cream cheese. Blend cream cheese & milk. Mix in cool whip. Blend in pudding Mix. Crumble cookies over the top. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
