Lemon Chicken and Asparagus Foil Packet

- 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts pounded to even thickness
- 1 large bundle of asparagus spears ( 1 pound )
- 1 lemon divided
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons of butter ( melted )
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Lay four 12x12 squares of foil and place 1 chicken breast on each piece
- Clean and trim asparagus spears and cut in half. Divide them between the foil packs and place on top of the chicken.
- Thinly slice 1/2 of the lemon and divide between the foil packs. Tuck the slices in and around the chicken.
- Stir together butter, garlic, lemon juice and Italian seasoning and brush over chicken.
- Fold over foil packs and pinch over the ends to keep the pack closed.
- Grill over medium-high 10 minutes on each side or bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees and serve.
