• Servings: 4 doz.
• 1 lemon cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 tsp grated lemon peel
• 1/4 cup pecan halves

1. 1. Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and lemon peel in large bowl
2. 2. Stir thoroughly
3. 3. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased baking pan
4. 4. Press pecan halves into center of each cookie
5. 5. Bake in 350 degree oven for 9-11 minutes

Friend gave it to me. She said she found it on the cake mix box. She makes them every spring -- a great treat.
