Lemon Cream Cheese Pie

  • 1(6oz.)graham cracker pie crust, sprinkled with 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1(8oz.)package cream cheese
  • 1(14oz.)can sweeten condensed milk
  • 3/4cup cold water
  • 1(4-serving size) package of lemon pudding
  • 1 and 1/2cup non dairy whipped topping
  1. Beat cream cheese untill smooth -then mix in milk and mix well-add water and
  2. pudding mix beat well on low untill smooth-fold in thawed whipped
  3. topping-pour into pie shell and refrigerate for at least three hours.
