Lemon Dessert

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 3 sm. pkg instant lemon pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. Crust: 2 cups flour
  2. 2 sticks margarine
  3. 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  4. Mix together in 9 x 13 pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min.
  6. 2nd layer:
  7. 1 8 oz cream cheese
  8. 1 cup powdered sugar
  9. 1 cup Cool Whip
  10. Mix together.
  11. Spread on cooled crust.
  12. Refrigerate 15 min.
  13. 3rd layer:
  14. 3 sm. pkg instant lemon pudding
  15. 3 cups cold milk
  16. Mix together, spread on white layer.
  17. Top with rest of Cool Whip.
  18. Garnish with chopped nuts.
