Lemon Dill salmon
INGREDIENTS
- salmon
- 1 or 2 lemons, sliced in rounds
- dill (preferably fresh, more or less to your liking)
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Rub olive oil on salmon. Salt and pepper it to taste, and place on a large sheet of heavy duty tin foil, skin side down.
- Take dill and place on top of the fish, as much or little as you want.
- Slice the lemon so the pieces are round and place on top of the dill so the lemon covers the fish.
- Wrap up the salmon tightly so no juice or air escapes and place directly on the oven rack.
- Bake for 35 or so minutes, depending on the size of the fish or until fish is light pink. Unwrap the package, take off the skin, and enjoy!
