Lemon Dill salmon
CATEGORIES
INGREDIENTS
  • salmon
  • 1 or 2 lemons, sliced in rounds
  • dill (preferably fresh, more or less to your liking)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Rub olive oil on salmon. Salt and pepper it to taste, and place on a large sheet of heavy duty tin foil, skin side down.
  3. Take dill and place on top of the fish, as much or little as you want.
  4. Slice the lemon so the pieces are round and place on top of the dill so the lemon covers the fish.
  5. Wrap up the salmon tightly so no juice or air escapes and place directly on the oven rack.
  6. Bake for 35 or so minutes, depending on the size of the fish or until fish is light pink. Unwrap the package, take off the skin, and enjoy!
RECIPE BACKSTORY
This is really easy to make and delicious. You can leave the dill out if it isn't something you like and you can swap the lemon for orange or lime. These directions are a rough idea, depending how many people are eating with you.
