Lemon Grilled Chicken

- Cooking Time: 60
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 TBSP. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 Fryer chicken(3 to 4lbs.)cut-up
DIRECTIONS
- In a resealable plastic bag, combine first 7 ingredients; mix well.
- Remove 1/4 cup for basting and refrigerate.
- Add chicken to bag.
- Marinate for 8 hours or overnight in fridg.
- Drain and discard marinade from chicken.
- Grill covered over medium heat for 20 minutes. Baste with reserved marinade.
- Grill for 20 or 30 minutes longer or until juices run clear, basting and turning several times.
- Can be baked in oven in a 9x13 baking dish uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until juices run clear. :)
