  • 1/3 Cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon grainy mustard

DIRECTIONS
  1. Peel and coarse chop eggs and add to a mixing bowl and then add mayonnaise, Dijon, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper.
