- 8 Hardboiled eggs
- 1/3 Cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon grainy mustard
- 1 Teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- Fresh black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Peel and coarse chop eggs and add to a mixing bowl and then add mayonnaise, Dijon, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper.
