Lemon Herbed Salmon

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound fresh Salmon Fillet
  • .25 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 TBSP dried Basil
  • .5 TBSP dried Oregano
  • 1 small lemon, juiced
  • Salt and fresh cracked pepper - to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1 pound fresh Salmon Fillet
  2. .25 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  3. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 1 TBSP dried Basil
  5. .5 TBSP dried Oregano
  6. 1 small lemon, juiced
  7. Salt and fresh cracked pepper - to taste
  8. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  9. Combine lemon juice, garlic, basil and oregano in small mixing bowl. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Place Salmon and marinade in ziplock bag. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
  11. Place marinade and salmon (skin side down) in baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until salmon flakes with fork.
