Lemon Nut Crescents

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 3 T butter or margarine, softened, divided
  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 T grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 T lemonade concentrate
DIRECTIONS
  1. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into eight triangles.
  2. Spread with 1 tablespoon butter.
  3. Combine nuts and lemon peel; sprinkle over dough.
  4. Roll into crescents.
  5. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Meanwhile, combine the sugar, sour cream,
  8. lemonade concentrate and remaining butter in a saucepan.
  9. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  10. Brush over warm rolls.
