Lemon Pepper Seasoning

- 5 Large lemons
- 1/3 Cup coarse ground black pepper
- 1/4 Cup salt
DIRECTIONS
- Zest the lemons into a mixing bowl. Mix with coarse black pepper and salt. Bake at 160 on a parchment lined cookie sheet until zest is dry, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Grind the mixture with a spice grinder or a pepper grinder. Use lemons for another recipe.
