INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 1
  • Preparation Time: 5
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 TBSP white vinegar
  • 3 TBSP finely chopped dill (or substitute thyme or basil for a different taste)
  • 3 TBSP honey
  • 4 turns of salt
  • 6-7 turns of pepper
  • 2 heaping spoonfuls of mayonnaise (or miracle whip, I use calorie wise)
  • 3/4 cup thick fat free greek yogurt
  • 1 chopped shallot or finely chopped green onion
  • (Bit of butter milk or milk if needed to thin out dressing)
  • Stir all ingredients together, or put it in a jar and give it a good shake! I don't like putting this in a blender because I find sometimes it can puree into a very wet dressing for some reason!
