Lemony Chops
INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 4
- 4 pork chops (about 3/4 inch thick)
- 4 thin onion slices
- 4 thin lemon slices
- 4 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
- 4 tbsp. catsup
- 1 tsp lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
- Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with salt.
- Place pork chops in ungreased shallow baking pan or dish.
- Top each pork chop with onion slice, lemon slice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon catsup.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake, spooning sauce onto pork chops occasionally until done, about 30 minutes longer.
