Lemony Chops

INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 4
  • 4 pork chops (about 3/4 inch thick)
  • 4 thin onion slices
  • 4 thin lemon slices
  • 4 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
  • 4 tbsp. catsup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
  1. Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with salt.
  2. Place pork chops in ungreased shallow baking pan or dish.
  3. Top each pork chop with onion slice, lemon slice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon catsup.
  4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Uncover and bake, spooning sauce onto pork chops occasionally until done, about 30 minutes longer.
