Lemony Frosting

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • about 2 Tbsp milk
  • about 3 cups confectioners sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
  1. In medium mixer bowl beat butter, gradually adding sugar and milk until frosting is the correct consistency for spreading.
  2. Add lemon juice, mixing well.
  3. Spread frosting on top half of cool cake, and enjoy!
