Lemony Frosting
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup butter
- about 2 Tbsp milk
- about 3 cups confectioners sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
- In medium mixer bowl beat butter, gradually adding sugar and milk until frosting is the correct consistency for spreading.
- Add lemon juice, mixing well.
- Spread frosting on top half of cool cake, and enjoy!
