Lemony Garlic Tahini Dressing

  • juice of 1 large lemon
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 garlic clove
  • sprinkle of sea salt
  • a few sprigs of parsley
  • add water until desired consistency, like 1-2 tsp
  1. Throw in the food processor until smooth and creamy!
A wonderful way to use up that tahini sitting in your cabinet that you don't know what to use for besides hummus. Guys, I'm not kidding when I tell you when you combine tahini with lemon you can transform bland salads into BAM! Yumminess. It will actually make salads enjoyable, without taking 20 steps back by drowning your poor greens with GMO corn syrup and crap filled ranch. I love tossing it with salads, but it's great on stir-frys and my Protein Packed Quinoa Lentil Veggie Salad!!
