Lentil fritters

  • Canned lentils 1 can
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tea spoon ginger paste
  • 1 egg for binding
  • Black pepper 1/2 tea spoon
  • Drain and mash the lentils. Add egg , ginger paste, black pepper and salt. Heat oil. Drop spoonful (table spoon)of batter into the oil and flatten the the fritters with the spoon. Fry for a couple of minutes.
