- 2 lb. tomatoes sliced 1/4 in. thick
- 1 large onion thinly sliced
- 1 cup coarsely crumbled feta cheese
- % cup Kalamata olives, Pitted and halved lengthwise
- 3 Tbs extra-virgin olive oil
- 7z tsP dried oregano
- Y8 tsP cayenne
- Flake sea salt
DIRECTIONS
- Around rim of a large platter' alternate slices of cucumbers
- and tomatoes, spiraling inward' Scatter onion' feta and
- olives over top' Drizzle with oil' Sprinkle with oregano'
- cayenne and salt. Serves 6
