  • Pie crust
  • 3/4 cup lime juice
  • Pinch of sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 can of sweet condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
DIRECTIONS
  1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  3. Pour into pie crust.
  4. Let cook in the oven for 8 minutes.
  5. Turn the oven off and let sit in the warm over for 30 minutes until little bubbles form.
  6. Let sit in the fridge overnight.
  7. Garnish with lime zest if desired. Serve cold.
