Linda's Pineapple Stuffing

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup of margarine
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can of crushed pineapple (1 pound 4 oz. size)
  • 7 slices of bread – cubed
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cream butter and sugar and beat in eggs one at a time – stir in pineapple – fold in bread
  2. Turn into greased one and a half quart casserole and bake uncovered for one hour at 350 degrees.
