Linguine Florentine

- 1/2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
- 12-16 oz. fresh spinach
- 1 large onion chopped
- 8 oz fresh mushrooms
- 1 lb. linguine
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3-4 oz.l parmesean cheese
- 3 oz. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Wash and chop spinach, onion and garlic
- Boil linguine according to box directions
- Heat Oil in wok or large skillet
- Saute onion and garlic until clear
- Add mushrooms, spinach, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper
- Cook only until spinach wilts
- Drain pasta and add to skillet
- Toss mixture and add grated cheese
- Serve
