Linguine Florentine

  • 1/2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 12-16 oz. fresh spinach
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 8 oz fresh mushrooms
  • 1 lb. linguine
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3-4 oz.l parmesean cheese
  • 3 oz. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Wash and chop spinach, onion and garlic
  2. Boil linguine according to box directions
  3. Heat Oil in wok or large skillet
  4. Saute onion and garlic until clear
  5. Add mushrooms, spinach, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper
  6. Cook only until spinach wilts
  7. Drain pasta and add to skillet
  8. Toss mixture and add grated cheese
  9. Serve
