  • Sugar 6.75 oz
  • Butter 9 oz
  • Egg Yolks 1 whole egg
  • Bread Flour 11.25 oz
  • Ground Cinnamon 1 tsp
  • Ground Hazelnuts 4.5 oz
  • Grated Lemon Peel 1 tsp (optional)
  • Whole Egg ½
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp
  • Vanilla 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mixing Method Creaming
  2. Shape Roll Chilled dough to 4mm thick, cut in decorative shapes.
  3. Finish Dust tops with powdered sugar. Stick pairs together with jam.

  6. Roll out to 1/8 inch thick. Roll between parchments.
  7. Chill
  8. Cut two large rounds
  9. Use small round to cut out middle
  10. Place in oven
  11. Remove from when light brown.
  12. Take bottoms and spread jam.
  13. Sprinkle powder sugar on tops.
  14. Press tops to bottoms
  15. Jewel.
  16. Roll into balls.
  17. Roll in pistachios make hole and fill with jam. Chill before baking.
