Lisa's Gluten Free Cheesecake

  • 24 oz pkg of cream cheese
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. Beat all together for 25 minutes. Pour into a springform pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes with pan of water on the shelf underneath for moisture and to prevent burning. Cool for 35-40 minutes, then follow with topping recipe to finish cooking.
  2. Topping:
  3. 1 pint sour cream
  4. 3/4 cup sugar
  5. Beat for 10 minutes till smooth and creamy. Pour over cooled cake. Then bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Cool and remove from pan
