Little Meat Balls
INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 medium stalk celery, minced
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat butter in a small skillet. Saute onion, celery, and garlic until golden brown.
  2. Place beef in a bowl; add onion mixture and remaining ingredients. Mix lightly with a fork. Shape into 1 inch balls. Drop in boiling soup for 10 minutes. Makes 8 Meat Balls.
