LoFat King Ranch Chicken - Slow Cooker

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 can lo-fat cr chicken soup
  • 1 can lo-fat cream mushroom soup
  • 1 can Rotel tomato
  • 1 9.5 oz bag baked tortilla chips
  • 1.5 cup 2% cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. Put 2 chicken breast on low in a slow cooker to cook 5-6 hours. When chicken is done, shred. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients,and stir together, except cheese. In a casserole dish, pour mixture. Cook at 350' for 30 minutes. Top with cheddar cheese.
